After receiving a spike in applications AiRecruiter deployed our applicant screening automation for one of our clients.
We did this via our integration with idibu so that every candidate who applied automatically received a response taking them to the next stage (no more of the recruiters not responding posts).
Over the course of a few days, we automatically responded to over 1000 potential candidates, asked them the qualifying questions and added the details and results straight back to their CRM.
