In this latest partnership, the AiRecruiter-idibu integration will assist clients in assessing large volumes of applications by triggering a screening conversation at the point of an application. This allows the client to deploy a screening conversation that can be tailored to their needs and then assess the suitability of the candidate quickly, and at scale.
It allows the results to be passed back to our client’s dashboard, while also changing the status in idibu to reflect the screening results. The candidate’s application can then be directed to the applicable destination by idibu.
